There is no comparison, both in terms of health and of taste, between fresh, clean, unprocessed milk from healthy, pastured cows and commercial milk, and most especially skim or reduced fat milk. Commercial milk is little more than a junk food metabolized as sugar, and it is a known source of allergies and "lactose intolerance" and related problems. Organic pasteurized milk is only marginally better than regular milk. Ultra-pasteurized or irradiated milk is the worst of the bunch.
