Personal Natural Health Consults:

• Our goal is to help you develop a wellness plan based on sound science which, once learned, will maximize your health, and minimize your need for professional care. This kind of knowledge allows you to both take more responsibility for your wellness plan, and employ your chosen health care practioner as a "coach" who will then be better able to understand and tailor your health needs to you.
  
• Our consults consist of two phone or personal sessions, with one voluntary follow-up, covering diet, lifestyle and nutritional supplement recommendations.  You will be asked to fill out a questionaire prior to the first session. After the first session you will receive a chart of recommended supplements along with some dietary and lifestyle suggestions. Fee is $120, with half due before first session. Second half due after completion of first session.

• Natural health seminars, covering topcis based on the principles set out on this website
  

AND

• In-home "health" parties on a variety of topics related to improving health using natural remedies and nutritional supplements, simple lifestyle changes, and diet.
